KnK Hiatus in Paradise is just what the name suggests. With nothing but the exclusive polo club and mountain range in your backyard, this new and well furnished home, is nestled in an oasis of peace and tranquility. After an adventurous day and the surprise of night life just moments away (ten minutes drive), you are welcomed to a warm place of rest. Providing a clubhouse, sports and fitness center, pool and tennis court just three minutes walk from your home, you have more than enough options to spend your vacation.

During Your Stay

Our goal is to ensure that you are as relaxed and happy as possible on your vacation. Therefore, do not hesitate to contact us! Let us know how we can make your stay even more memorable. You can communicate with us at any time and we will try to resolve your needs as quickly as possible, ensuring that your privacy is maintained. In an emergency setting, we will inform you if someone is coming by to help. Otherwise, our caretaker will be there for check out.

The Space

This high ceiling home hosts three bedrooms with mounted TV’s in each room and two bathrooms sleeping a total of six persons. The master bedroom having a king sized bed is equipped with a full en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet to your convenience (Toddlers Playpen included). With the bathroom located in the center, the remaining bedrooms has queen sized beds, closets and dressers. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning which runs quietly, linens, towels and complimentary toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen flows with an open concept into the dining and living room where you can lounge enjoying the homes WIFI which can be accessed throughout the house. With a washing unit, you will be ready to enjoy island life, understanding the meaning of “Jamaica, no problem!”

Great location! - internally it is around the corner from the pool. Externally the location is by the supermarket, food restaurants and beaches. Also amongst other gated communities. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. The response from the host is reasonably quick and helpful. Lastly the home is spacious, Nicely ventilated with air conditioning and fans. I highly recommend!

This place is amazing !!! It was my first time staying in Jamaica and I was concerned about safety, and as soon as I arrived at the location all my fears went away. The home is spacious and clean and white sheets (my fav). The neighborhood is quiet. And excursions are close by. Food places are close by. And a supermarket is right around the corner. Khristain is a gem and answers quickly and makes sure you’re ok. I’m obsessed and so happy I choose this place. I will be back soon.

I stayed at this beautiful house, couldn’t have asked for more, the host was great she made sure I everything was good and was easy to reach.Very nice clean spacious home, great neighborhood. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again. Ps. Very close to all the major tourist attractions in the Ocho Rios area, about 8 km from center of Ocho Rios .

This is an amazing vacation home. The house was clean and in immaculate condition. It has everything you'd expect in a vacation home. The host Kristain was very welcoming and she checked in from time to time to make sure we were ok. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to future travelers.

I am from Philadelphia and was traveling to Jamaica for the first time. I chose KandK for my stay and I have to say I was not disappointed one bit. It was a little difficult with the check in but after that was squared away it was very smooth sailing. Khristain replies quickly and was on top of everything once I was checked in. She was pleasant professional and kind anything I needed she informed me to let her know and the things I did need she got right on it. The home was beautiful and just what I needed for my stay. I truly loved the place and on my next visit I will definitely be booking again...... I recommend to anyone looking for a home and privacy and just that calm feel. They have a beautiful pool walking distance as well. Thanks again KandK

Staying at this house was a very unpleasant experience. There were several things wrong including the attitude of the host which was the worst part. This house is infested with wasp all around the entire property, I had to be extremely careful taking my baby outside even just to get to the vehicle. Please you guys hosting really need to address that issue as its very unsafe. The WIFI was out for 3 days straight which may or may not be the host fault but I tried to call the host only to get their parents which couldn't help. The host overall was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I wouldn't recommend this flat if you want to enjoy your vacay.

The home was very clean, the AC worked perfectly throughout the stay and the wifi was incredible as well. For the price, this is an amazing place to stay if you're ever looking to book a trip to Jamaica.

As always, this place is the best in Ochi/St. Ann area. First, Khristain responds almost instantly and check in is seamless. The home is beautiful and clean and the community has a wonderful fitness center and pool. The security are very friendly and helpful, even remembered me from my last stay here! The location is very close to everything. I will continue to stay here for all of my Ochi travels in the future 🙂 cannot day enough good things!!! Excellent!

I travel a lot, and this was one of the BEST experiences I’ve had on Airbnb. The host was amazing! The home is beautiful with lots of space and literally everything is perfect. The location is close to everything within 5 minutes drive to a great jerk restaurant and several beaches. I will def stay over and over again with this host! I highly recommend
